On Ivan Yeo...

Ivan doesn't seem to understand at all the need to see that it is important to see the problems over the past year to plan ahead for the next year with regards to the cgls. He thinks that it is a very straightforward task to get new people to be cgls. I am getting a little frustrated with him presently... perhaps unfairly. Perhaps he may be right after all, but the way the cgls are presently feeling (save Pearl and maybe Julian), I really think there's a big problem in seeing where to go from here. But then again, I always worry to much. *smile* I'm getting glimpses of hope (that it's not that bad) after talking to several people, so hopefully everything's going to turn out ok. But it certainly pisses me off when people seem to think everything is fine and dandy.
