Love cannot sustain your marriage. Instead, let your marriage sustain your love

Love cannot sustain your marriage. Instead, let your marriage sustain your love - from Catholic News

Today, a letter I sent to the Catholic News got printed in it. That's the first time ever that my letter has been printed in a newpaper! (although there's the USP book..)

Saw an advertisement for The Mask today and I still remember that when it first came out, aunties were warning us not to watch it because the mask was evil. They couldn't believe that the special effects were possible and therefore must have been unnatural (supernatural)! Today, with The Matrix and Matrix Reloaded, its amazing how far computer animation has come over these few short years. Wonder where technology will bring us in the future..

On Wednesday, I think it was, I met Adrian for breakfast. We went to Changi Village. In a blink of an eye, I'm (almost) a graduate, and he is no more a novice. He's taken vows, is now a Jesuit brother, and will be off to Manila on the 19th for another 2 years of study. In another blink of an eye, I wonder where I'll be.

Have been spending a lot of time on my computer, sorting out the files, moving MP3s from my old com to the laptop; archiving them together with all the movies; finding old programs to load when my harddisk was corrupted not that long ago.. but, everythings coming along nicely. I've got my good ole computer back! Sometimes, I'm almost masochistic to need to suffer so much pain over my computers before I come to truly love them. Hmm.. wonder if that goes the same for true love. The last time I felt pain in my relationship was quite a while back. It's almost a fuzzy memory. Perhaps it takes a little reflection on the not so good times to fully appreciate the good times. The good and the bad.. there's no one without the other..
