The moving star...

Beautiful. It must seem silly at first waking up at 548 in the morning to see the Hubble Space Telescope move through Orion's belt. The HST was magnitude 0.18 at its brightest, almost as bright as Rigel, the bright white star in Orion. It is so strange and yet so awe inspiring to know the exact second that a 'star' will appear in the sky and the exact path it will follow. It is also awe inspiring to see with your own eyes this wonderful piece of machinery that man has put up in the heavens. Beautiful. Yawn. Off to bed then. Good morning!
