It's been a long time since I've written. You can say it's because I've been busy, but, it's because I've been lost in the wilderness.
It's hard to write when you're not in touch with yourself.
The past few months have been busy and troubled. Before I know it, I'll be leaving CJC as a teacher and will be finding a new job, as a.... who knows?
Bitter and sweet, my experience has been. Trying to find my own skin; being brave in adversity; so many moments to record.
One painful experience is trying to connect with people of faith. I believe in science. Yes, almost like faith. It has been painful trying to talk to people who don't believe in evolution. Or people who don't believe in the bigger form of faith and church that I'm inclined to.
Another painful experience is in love. The painful dilemma and decision of believing in another person. Is it supposed to be this hard?
Yet another painful existence is my family. I have run out of energy and love to give anymore. Is it enough not to hate? Must forgiveness still be given if it is not sought? If anyone knows, please tell me.
I've given my all. I'm not the best teacher around, but I think I've been the best teacher I can be. It's time to more on. This is scary... I wonder what's ahead...

Chris, you have such a knack for distilling all of life and love's mysteries into fundamental questions.
No wonder you scan the skies every evening.
You, like everyone else, are searching for answers, and perhaps, even the questions for the few answers that you do have.
What if there are no answers?
That's my question.
