Do you believe in possesions?

Just a quick post before I start work.

Over the weekend, I was celebrating Jude's birthday at Costa Sands chalet, and there was these bunch of old men drinking in the chalet next to us. About 40s-50s of age.

About 5+am, one of the chubbier ones started crawling on his fours and hissing vehemently at the others. I thought it was some kind of game, but the others looked concerned and he consistently kept at it for almost half and hour, not responding to the other's calls and slaps. Its exactly what you would normally call a 'possession' by a cat.

Now, the girls were freaked out (they said they felt something weird though they were in the room were sleeping), but I thought that this guy was just plain drunk.

But yet drunkedness is usually more random and less serious than this kind of thing. It's a little hard to explain by plain drunkedness. Even if its some kind of belief within him, why need it manifest so strongly, consistently and strangely?

Ironically, if one believed in God (and thus supernatural beings), one would probably be more inclined to believe that the 'possession' was real. At the moment, I'm not sure whether it is. It's the first such experience I've had first hand though.
